Oil and gas industry professionals will be able to find out more about Statiflo’s market-leading custody transfer mixers at a major event in Dallas.

Group managing director Gareth Fry is heading to Texas to attend the American Petroleum Institute’s 2019 Spring Committee on Petroleum Measurement Standards meeting, which takes place at the Hyatt Regency Dallas from Monday, March 18 to Friday, March 22.

Statiflo Corp, the group’s US arm, is an API member.

The event will attract experts from across the oil and gas sector, including engineers, measurement specialists, chemists and sales and marketing managers.

It will spotlight best practice in the industry and will feature updates about the latest research and development concerning measurement techniques and equipment, while also providing opportunities for networking and forging new business connections.

US demand for custody transfer mixers

Statiflo is seeing strong growth in demand across the US for its custody transfer mixers and has appointed a raft of new business partners over recent months to drive its expansion.

The company’s CT mixers are customised to suit each client’s on-site needs, and they conform to API 8.2 and ISO 3171 standards.

They can be produced in a range of materials and, as there are no moving parts, there is no direct power consumption or need for maintenance.

Gareth said: “The API meeting in Dallas presents an excellent opportunity for Statiflo, as there is a great deal of interest in our CT mixers due to their superior performance.

“The industry is evolving all the time and we are constantly improving our products to meet demand.”
