Professionals working in the oil and natural gas sector will be able to learn more about Statiflo’s custody transfer mixers at a major industry exhibition in San Francisco.

Group business development manager Carl Wilkinson will be attending the American Petroleum Institute’s 2018 Fall Committee on Petroleum Measurement Standards Meeting, which will take place at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco from Monday, October 8 to Friday, October 12.

Statiflo Corp, the group’s US arm, is a member of the API.

The event will spotlight best practice and the latest developments across the industry, as well as providing networking opportunities for engineers, sales and marketing managers, measurement specialists and others involved in the sector.

Carl said: “We always enjoy attending API exhibitions, as they give us the chance to present our Custody Transfer Mixers to some great contacts in the oil and gas industry.

“Our static mixers are designed to meet the requirements and standards for custody transfer and fiscal measurement. They are custom-designed to suit the on-site needs of clients in terms of length, number of water injection connections, pressure and temperature ratings.

“With our mixers, there is no direct power consumption or need for maintenance, as they have no moving parts.

“Furthermore, they can be produced in a wide range of materials and they conform to API 8.2 and ISO 3171 standards.

“We’re looking forward to being at the event, so we can find out about the latest sector developments and gain vital information to further develop our products to meet the evolving requirements of this critical industry.”
