Statiflo International Ltd in Macclesfield, UK, a world leader in the development and application of static mixers and related equipment is pleased to announce that its Managing Director, Gareth Fry, has led a management buyout of the business including its subsidiaries Statiflo GmbH in Germany and Statiflo Corp in the USA.
The transaction has provided the business with a funding structure to facilitate a staggered exit from the business of the previous 100% shareholder John Baron.   John Baron will remain active within the business as a minority shareholder and will for the next five years take on the role as Chairman of the Board ensuring a smooth transition and allowing the company to continue to benefit from his expertise in the field of static mixing technology.  The company believes that it is second to none in successfully providing mixing solutions for an ever increasing range of difficult applications in pipes, open channels and ducts.
The company is keen to confirm to its suppliers and global customer base that it is business as usual following the successful conclusion of the process to secure the company as an independent organisation.
Should you require any further information regarding this announcement please do not hesitate to contact me at this office.
