Logistics and Contracts Engineer – Statiflo International Ltd

Statiflo is a world leader in the development and application of static pipe mixers, static channel mixers / duct mixers, gas dispersion systems, flow conditioners and other associated technologies with thousands of customers in every process industry in over 80 countries.

Our headquarters are located in Macclesfield in the north west of England. We also service industries throughout the world from offices strategically situated in the USA, Germany and Canada, as well as through our globally distributed network of business partners.

Working from our Macclesfield head office, the Logistics and Contracts engineer will work as part of a busy engineering and contracts team reporting directly to the Engineering and Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities would include:

• Arranging of International / domestic shipping and packing of Statiflo products
• Preparation and completion of shipping documentation including packing lists, certificates of origin, EURO1 documents and liaison with local chamber of commerce
• Co-ordinating product delivery schedules with manufacturers and customers
• Obtaining quotations from different carriers and logistics providers
• Preparation and completion of engineering and contract documentation
• Placement of subcontract orders
• General support of Engineering and Contracts department

Ideally candidates will be from an engineering /manufacturing background with full working knowledge of Incoterms and be computer literate.
